Company Journey
2021 – Foundation Year
Established in September 2021
DD Plasto Tech is a Limited Liability Partnership firm based in the vicinity of Chimbali, Chakan, Pune.
2022 – Expansion Begins
Equipped with 1 VMC & 1 Injection Molding machine.
A dedicated team of 7 employees to produce Injection Mould & Molding components.
Achieve the ISO certification.
The initial turnover was 84 Lakh.
2023 – Scaling Operations
Equipped with 1 VMC & 3 Injection Molding machines.
Skilled employees with the increased no of 12 to produce Injection Mould & molding components.
The Turnover was increased to 5.65 cr.
2024 –Ready Facility
We have invested in new equipment, to increase our capacity with 3 VMCs and 6 Injection Molding machines.
Proficient & Committed workforce with the increased manpower up to 45 works to achieve the common goal.
We achieved our initial milestone by touching the Turnover of 10 cr.
2025 – Future-Ready Facility

We have successfully completed the IATF stage 2 audit & received the certificate

At DD Plasto Tech LLP, we are proud to be ISO 9001:2015 IATF 16949:2016 , HYUNDAI SQ MARK Certified , ensuring consistent quality and customer satisfaction across all our operations. We are currently working towards achieving IATF 16949 certification, a globally recognized standard for the automotive industry, with a targeted implementation by 2025—reinforcing our commitment to world-class manufacturing and continuous improvement.
